Great help in training little ones

The product is as shown on the picture, after doing some digging around the web I thought that it was ok for toilets taller than 16 to 20 inches high so I ordered it. Well it does not fit anything taller than about 16 1/2 inches, that is if you want to use the ladder (which really is the idea here). So I'll be looking to buy a new toilet that will fit this item. The only thing I wish it would have had was adjustable height ladder and this whole problem would have been solved. Otherwise it's a nicely built plastic item and I do recommend it to those who could use it at the noted height..
