Got this for my three year old who wanted to "go like Daddy". It has four very strong suction cups that hold it to a smooth surface. I place it on the wall in the bathtub at the right height for him, and he will use it regularly without having to get out of the bath. It's easy to detach the urinal from the wall mount and dump/rinse. My only issue with it is that there is no way to mount it without the suction cups if the wall is not completely smooth, like a tub wall. Our textured walls will not hold it. I ended up getting a free standing toddler urinal that is bigger for outside the tub, but I do love this one for how we use it.

It's got potential to be good but out of the box it's not that great. The problem is the suction cups, they're ridiculously weak and the urinal keeps falling, especially when not even in use. However, the cups have the ability to detach from the urinal completely which means you could remove them altogether and place nails or pegs on the wall. You can then hang the urinal like hanging a picture and it shouldn't fall.
As for the size of the urinal, it's ok. Not too big, not too small. Think about the size of a 2 liter bottle of soda.

It came with all 4 suction cups plus foam stickers if I wanted to permanently attach it to the wall. My son hasn't used it as a potty yet....he thinks it's a soldier helmet and wears it on his head. :)

The product came quick and looks just as it does in the picture. I didn't like the hardware that came with it. It had suction cups or double-sided foam tape.... neither of which would stay secured on my textured wall. I ended up mounting it on the wall with some screws. Other than that it's a great product, sturdy, and easy to lift out to clean.
